All Conference fees include 4 meals at the church and transportation to off-site events.

Registration for conference does not include hotel reservation. YOU MUST CONTACT THE HOTELS DIRECTLY FOR RESERVATIONS.

Student fees are for High-School, College, or Seminary Students.

MEALS are included in your registration fee. You may purchase extra meals for people who may be joining you at meal times. Indicate the quantity needed on the form.

CHILDCARE will be available ONLY on Tuesday evening during the concert. Cost: $8 per child, age 4 and under; must pre-register. Indicate the number of children on the form.
