We believe churches and ministries are stronger when leaders experience the SBCMC Conference together. That’s why we’ve created a simple group registration option to make it easier for churches and organizations to bring their teams.
The best conference value is still SBCMC membership. Members receive $50 off conference registration along with year-round membership benefits.
The Group Rate is designed for churches and organizations that want to bring additional staff members, volunteers, worship team members, or other ministry leaders who are not SBCMC members (or may not wish to become members).
Group Requirements
To qualify for Group Registration:
- One participant serves as the Group Leader.
- The Group Leader must have an active SBCMC membership.
- The group must include at least two additional attendees from the same church or organization.
- Group Participants are not required to be SBCMC members.
- Group Participants may choose to become SBCMC members, but membership discounts and group discounts cannot be combined.

- You will receive a confirmation email for your membership that will include a discount code to use when you register for the conference. That code activates the discounted conference rate for members/groups.
- Group Leader completes conference registration for his/her group using the discount code.

No. The group discount applies only to eligible non-member Group Members. The Group Leader receives the SBCMC member registration rate.
Great! Every member already receives the larger member discount. Since membership provides the better value, member pricing applies instead of group pricing.

The group program is intended as a benefit of SBCMC membership while encouraging churches to introduce additional ministry leaders to the conference.

Yes. Large churches or organizations may register multiple groups if needed. Each group must have its own SBCMC-member Group Leader.
Yes, provided each Group Leader is an SBCMC member, and each group independently meets the minimum group requirements.
Group registrations follow the same cancellation policy as individual registrations. Full refunds are available for cancellation requests received on or before February 10, 2027. No refunds will be issued after that date.
If a cancellation reduces your group below the minimum number required to qualify for the group discount, the remaining attendees will be charged the standard applicable registration rate and any refunds will be adjusting accordingly.
Yes, as long as registration remains open. Additional eligible attendees may be added at the applicable group rate.
